Arrival & Heat Times

Please plan to arrive 90 minutes before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your registration packet, drop your stuff at bag check, and get warmed up. Registration typically opens at 6:00am. Waves of 250 (200 for Stadion) racers will be released every 15 minutes. YOUR exact start time is listed on your barcode and will be posted in your Spartan Account approximately 10 days prior to the event date. NOTE: Spartan is cashless! Please bring a credit or debit card for all race day purchases, including new race registrations, kids entries and spectator tickets. Have more questions not listed below? Arrival Plan to arrive an hour before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your registration packet and get warmed up. What to Bring Your ID, Confirmation Email with QR Code, Hydration and Nutrition. Spectators DEKA events are always incredibly spectator friendly, so be sure to invite your biggest fans to come cheer you on. Spectators can save time upon arrival at the venue by purchasing a spectator ticket in advance.
