Sunday, Dec 13 | Age Group Individual & 2-Person Team Heats: The momentum continues. Step onto the main stage for the official open DEKA STRONG Individual and Team heats.
DEKA STRONG features the 10 signature DEKA fitness zones with no running. For beginners and elites alike, DEKA STRONG is the perfect way into fitness racing.
